RECORD HILL WIND

In partnership with Yale University’s endowment, Record Hill Wind (RHW) is constructing an innovative wind energy farm in Roxbury, Maine. Consisting of twenty two Siemens 93 2.3 MW turbines along a four mile ridgeline, the project will have a nameplate capacity of 50.6 MW. RHW will generate clean, sustainable power for the community while creating and preserving jobs in rural Maine. On March 3, 2011 U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu announced the offer of a conditional commitment to Record Hill Wind LLC for a $102 million loan guarantee.
